Transition Habitat Receives Accreditation
Big News! Transition Habitat Conservancy is proud to announce our accreditation from the Land Trust Accreditation Commission today. Accreditation is a mark of distinction, recognizing land trusts that meet the national quality standards established by the land conservation community. Of the 1,363 land trusts in the United States, only 389 are accredited organizations. THC is proud to join this special group!
