Llano Habitat Restoration

Join us in caring for a newly conserved property just on the LA County boundary near Pinon Hills. This 323-acre property conserves an amazing forest of Western Joshua trees, and is home to many diverse plant and animal species. The property has been recently fenced, and we need help to restore some old OHV trails running through it with shovels, rakes, and some other tools. We will provide training.

Please bring work clothes, gloves, water and your lunch. Volunteers can meet us here at 9 am on each or either of the 2 work days. Come for as long as you can if you can’t stay all day. We will also be dispersing native plant seed after we restore the sites.
